Allyson Grove – Senior Product Training Specialist

As a Senior Product Training Specialist, Allyson delivers best-in-class training to preconstruction professionals who leverage ConstructConnect’s platform of solutions. Allyson’s passion is helping estimators and project managers sharpen their takeoff and estimating skills to win more bids. Prior to ConstructConnect, she worked in a variety of industries, including broadcast television, book publishing, consumer electronics, oilfield services, and management consulting. She’s held a variety of training and development roles in which she delivered both classroom and virtual training as well as designed and developed curriculum. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, journaling, and traveling.

Bobby Mansour – Manager, Product Training

Bobby Mansour had a mixed background of education and construction before he joined the ConstructConnect team. His passion for learning and working with his hands makes him well suited for training construction software. When not working, you can find him enjoying the great outdoors with his wife and two kids north of Houston, TX.

Chris Herzberg – Product Training Specialist

Chris Herzberg has been teaching software and consulting for 12 years, and his favorite thing about it all is being able to interact with people from so many different backgrounds, experiences, areas of expertise, and to a degree, problems to solve. In his free time, he enjoys reading various sci-fi/fantasy novels and playing video games or board games with his wife and their friends.

Hailey McClatchy – Manager, Academy Services Training

Hailey McClatchy has trained users in business software solutions over 10 years and has a passion for helping hardworking professionals, like you, become more efficient and adept in using software applications to streamline their workload. Hailey consistently receives rave reviews about her ability to make complex software simple and easy to use. Estimators love learning from Hailey as much as she enjoys learning from them. When she’s not pouring over plans and building estimates with her clients, you can find Hailey rooting for the Texas A&M Aggies and enjoying life on the back porch with her family.

Eric Wheeler  – Product Training Specialist

Eric Wheeler has a passion for teaching estimators how to use ConstructConnect takeoff and estimating software. Prior to working for ConstructConnect he worked as a Senior Estimator for a structural steel company, so he understands the benefits that digital takeoff and estimating software provides. In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his awesome wife and four kids.

Greg Duyka – Senior Product Training Specialist

Before joining ConstructConnect, Greg Duyka built over 20 years of experience in estimating and project management in commercial construction. Past projects include site infrastructure, hi-rise commercial, multi-family, and historical restoration. Currently over 25 years as a senior product specialist, product trainer, and demo engineer for On Center Software and ConstructConnect companies.

Nati Fernandez – Product Training Specialist

Nati has been a software trainer for over four years and has experience teaching people from different backgrounds and skillsets. Nati enjoys encouraging people to achieve more through the use of technology and teaching people how to work smarter, not harder. In her free time, Nati likes to hang out with her cat, travelling and playing video games.

Raquel Cruz – Product Training Team Lead

As a software trainer for over a decade, Raquel Cruz is familiar with digging into programs to better share her knowledge with others. Going on 5 years with the ConstructConnect Training team, she regularly coaches folks on our takeoff and estimating software. Raquel and her husband live north of the Houston, TX metroplex and can often be found playing board games with friends or trying new recipes.

Jake Elmhorst – Academy Events Specialist

Jake grew up working construction as most of his brothers run a construction related small business. He went to college to be a teacher and has been educating children and adults for over 16 years in various formats: face to face, large and small group, coaching, webinars, synchronous and asynchronous e-learning. He now blends his passion for educating others with his construction background. He started with ConstructConnect in the summer of 2021 and each day is a new adventure when educating others as he loves to see their struggle, joy, problem solving and eventual growth throughout that process! When not educating others, Jake enjoys woodworking and building in his garage woodshop where his two sons are always close by!
